What is this treatment like?
When you arrive to your appointment, your provider, ensuring your skin is clean, will apply ultrasound gel to the treatment area. The Forma (or Plus) applicator will be moved over the treatment area gently heating the skin to the targeted settings.
Does this treatment hurt?
Many of our providers and patients describe this treatment like a hot stone massage. Your provider is expertly trained in ensuring that your skin receives the correct amount of energy for maximum results with minimum discomfort.
Is there downtime with this treatment?
The treated skin may be warm and minimally red immediatly after the treatment. This will subside within a few moments and you may return to normal activities right away!
How many sessions do I need?
We recommend that patient's plan for a series of 6 treatments spaced 1 week apart. After this, maintaining results with a monthly treatment is highly encouraged! Ask your providers today for their recommendations on pairing Forma with one of our larger "investment" lasers to maximize your skin tightening results!
