Mary Mireles has been a valued member of the L-Aesthetics team since graduating from Avenue Five Institute's Esthetics Program in 2018. Although she began her career in esthetics, she quickly discovered that her passion was in the operational side of the business. Starting as Front Desk Supervisor, Mary has grown into the role of Operations Manager, where she oversees the systems, processes, and team development that help create an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.

Mary is passionate about creating efficient processes that enhance both the patient and team experience. She enjoys evaluating workflows, developing training, and finding innovative ways to help the practice continually improve. One of the most rewarding parts of her role is watching team members grow in their confidence, skills, and careers while giving them the tools they need to succeed.

While much of her work happens behind the scenes, Mary's favorite part of L-Aesthetics is the relationships she builds with patients. She loves getting to know people beyond their appointments—learning about their families, careers, and lives—and believes those genuine connections are what make the practice so special. She is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel truly known, valued, and cared for throughout their entire experience.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with family, hitting her daily step goals, and seeing how many weekend trip flights she can take!
