When you begin to think of all the factors aging your skin, it can be overwhelming. Some of the most obvious factors include sun, pollutants and other environmental factors. However, not only

do you have to think of these outside factors, but your skin cells are constantly aging every second of the day. In a perfect world, we would be getting the proper amount of sleep, the proper
